Whether you use vehicles to deliver temperature-sensitive goods, or you like to spend a lot of time in your RV, insulating your vehicles in something that will likely have crossed your mind. Our auto insulation is made using our proprietary FoilBuild insulation: a double-layered insulation material that controls internal temperatures using both reflective and radiative thermal control. The material’s compact design, which combines an internal bubble layer with an outer reflective layer, allows you maintain controlled internal temperatures without taking away from the space available.

Fleet / RV Insulation
If you deliver temperature-sensitive goods to your customers using vans or lorries, you will be familiar with the problems that fluctuating ambient temperatures can cause. While many companies opt to use actively refrigerated vans, this is a much more costly process than using our passive automotive heat insulation materials. Instead of actively refrigerating your vehicle to maintain a cool temperature, our FoilBuild insulation passively prevents hot or cold temperatures from entering your cargo area. Because no power source is required to use our passive radiant barrier insulation, this saves you money in the long run.
If you want to make sure you’re always comfortable in your RV or van, regardless of the weather, you need insulation. RV insulation is one of the most important steps of preparing your vehicle for a trip, so it’s important that you do it right. Our radiant barrier auto insulation is perfect for limiting the radiative and conductive heat transfer in and out of your vehicle, allowing you to stay warmer in the winter and keep the heat out in the summer.
Our insulation material can be used by lining the walls and ceiling of your van or RV to reduce radiative heat transfer. It’s also highly effective for using as a heat shield for your windows on a hot day. Finally, our auto insulation material can provide further insulation by placing it inside large cavities, such as in the interior of door panels. By filling in this air gap, you will restrict the movement of heat through this area.
